At this time all purchases are FINAL SALE.
If any purchase you make from Pygmy Hippo arrives broken or damaged, we will gladly exchange it for you within 7 days of your shipping order date. Please e-mail us with your reason for return and we will e-mail an Exchange Authorization form back to you. Simply fill out the form and send your order back via insured, certified US mail, along with your original receipt to:

All orders are shipped within 7 business days of when they are placed. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped. We do not ship on Sundays or major US holidays.

All domestic orders are sent with Tracking via USPS Priority Mail

All International orders are always shipped via USPS First Class Mail with tracking. International customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any additional import duties/taxes that their country may charge. Please note that Customs Authorities may require us to state the value of each item. Pygmy Hippo will not be held responsible for such charges and will not be responsible for return shipping charges if the order is refused.

We are not responsible for packages that are stuck in the mail system, lost, damaged or stolen.

Shipping and Handling fees are always NON-REFUNDABLE.

You do not need to have a PayPal account to make a credit card purchase from our online store.
